Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nutritional services to residents on a daily basis.

You will actively listen to and address the dietary needs of residents and collaborate with team members to assess the dietary requirements for each individual.

Additionally, you will develop personalized Plans of Care to ensure that all dietary needs are met, monitor adherence to special diets, and oversee portion control for meals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in dietetics or nutrition from an accredited institution required.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) license from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) required.
- Current Registered Dietitian (RD) license with the Ohio Board of Dietetics required.
- ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in a healthcare setting required.
- Experience in menu planning, food cost management, and dietary practices required.
- Familiarity with dietary therapy and procedures in a life plan community preferred.
- Proficiency in diet management software is essential.
