Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Nutrition Specialist to join our team at Better Health Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing your nutrition knowledge to guide customers, and maintaining a clean and organized department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilize nutrition knowledge to help customers navigate our products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized department, including stocking and product rotation
  • Assist in training new team members and perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
  • Perform inventory management to ensure excellent in-stock position
Requirements
  • Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in department
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet customer service expectations and standards in all interactions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
