Accounts Receivable Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our dynamic team in the accounting department.

About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining master data of our customers, processing outgoing invoices and incoming payments, and clarifying accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data
  • Process and post outgoing invoices and incoming payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies and issues
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and evaluations
  • Develop and implement effective accounts receivable management and dunning strategies
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or comparable further education in a relevant field
  • Relevant professional experience in accounts receivable accounting
  • Proficient handling of MS Office applications
  • Loyal, discreet, and responsible handling of confidential information
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent German language skills
