We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing modifications, and escalating concerns through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations and have a solid background in computer usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibiting a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards clients at all times.
  • Responding swiftly to client inquiries.
  • Engaging with clients through multiple communication platforms.
  • Addressing and resolving client complaints effectively.
  • Having in-depth knowledge of our products to assist with inquiries.
  • Processing orders, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Documenting client interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Collaborating with team members as necessary.
  • Providing insights on the effectiveness of customer service processes.
  • Overseeing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and delivering professional support.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Ability to remain calm and collected when dealing with stressed or upset clients.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Experience in customer support roles.
