About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team in the DFW area. As a key member of our culinary leadership, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Chef in the overall leadership of the culinary functions.
  • Coaching and mentoring members of the culinary staff to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  • Preparing and executing culinary products in high-volume environments.
  • Developing and implementing new menu concepts and recipes.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality control.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of five (5) years' previous culinary experience.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for sustainable seafood and environmentally responsible practices.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
