Your role will involve:
- Providing service and promoting personal and commercial insurance products (Auto, Home, Life) to our existing clientele.
- Engaging in outreach and marketing efforts to attract new clients using agency resources and personal networks.
- Receiving full training and ongoing support from our agency and District Office.
- Working in a full-time capacity.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proactive attitude complemented by sound decision-making abilities, a friendly demeanor, a sense of urgency, and strong customer service skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Property and casualty and/or life and health insurance licenses.
- A high school diploma; a college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a positive outlook.
- Self-driven motivation and goal-oriented approach.
