We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Info Way Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical assistance, with a minimum of two years of experience in a help desk environment. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of SQL databases and experience working with surveillance and reporting systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving inquiries related to the use of COVID-19 portals, as well as creating and submitting help desk tickets in the Cherwell portal. They will also provide technical assistance, answer email inquiries, and conduct statewide webinar trainings on new system features.

Key qualifications and responsibilities include:

  • Two years of experience in a help desk environment
  • Two years' experience writing SQL queries against SQL databases
  • One year of experience working with surveillance and reporting systems
  • One year of experience writing technical documentation and recording training videos
