Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Relations Representative at State Farm Insurance, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance needs, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for processing policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. Additionally, you will promote and cross-sell insurance products and services to meet customer needs, handle escalated customer complaints and concerns, and stay updated on insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice.
