Market Manager Job Description

At Allsteel, we're seeking a highly skilled Market Manager to lead our sales efforts in the San Francisco and Pacific Northwest markets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional revenue goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure Allsteel remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales and sales management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
