Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative who is a team player and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to serving our customers with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote products and services to prospects and customers by telephone.
  • Meet assigned daily sales targets plus daily call volume goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to phone and internet customers.
  • Resolve problems reported by our customers.
  • Apply procedures, products, and services consistently.
  • Produce quotes with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years sales experience with industrial equipment preferred, but not required.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience including prospecting, lead generation, and lead management preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written correspondence.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with systems and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • CRM/Sales-I experience a plus.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive.
