Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute daily sales strategies to meet assigned targets and exceed call volume goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to phone and internet customers, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to apply procedures, products, and services consistently
  • Produce accurate quotes and proposals within tight deadlines

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and data entry skills. Previous experience in prospecting, lead generation, and CRM/Sales-I systems is highly valued. A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to engage in continuous learning will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience, with additional commission earnings potential.
