Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of new business opportunities and lead generation initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire process from candidate interviews to offer acceptance and successful closure of sales.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients, both established and prospective.
  • Utilize various online platforms to search, source, and evaluate potential candidates.
  • Establish strong partnerships with clients to support their growth by providing tailored solutions for attracting top talent.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to thoroughly assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Guide and develop junior sales consultants within the office.
  • Participate in the proposal process by crafting and presenting compelling proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing agreements.

Candidate Profile

  • 2-4+ years of experience in Staffing & Recruitment or B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success in closing sales deals.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring a team is preferred; candidates with aspirations to lead should also apply.
  • High energy, determination, and resilience are essential.
  • A strong desire to excel as a top performer within a successful team.
  • A competitive background (sports, proven top salesperson achievements, and a drive for rewards).
