Key Responsibilities- Manage assigned prospect accounts to achieve significant sales growth through the acquisition of new opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships within new accounts or divisions, quickly identifying key stakeholders for engagement.
- Develop strong connections with stakeholders, becoming their trusted resource for addressing complex, precision-engineered part solutions.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to educate customers about their industry and provide unique insights that align with Dynacast's capabilities.
- Demonstrate the value of Dynacast solutions, creating urgency for deal closure by emphasizing the potential losses of not partnering with us.
- Collaborate with Application Engineering and Plant Engineering teams to expedite new business wins and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Design and implement effective pursuit plans to improve relationship development, enhance the quality of the sales pipeline, and streamline the customer buying experience.
- Identify new avenues to expand Dynacast's presence within accounts.
- Proven experience in successful outside sales and account prospecting; experience in selling custom parts or components is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience or certifications will be considered.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Familiarity with the die-cast industry, tooling, design, and metals is advantageous. An engineering background is ideal.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%, including international travel.
