The Prosper Group is in search of a Senior Marketing Director to spearhead marketing initiatives for Liberty Spenders, ReachRight Network, and The Prosper Group. This role will focus on building and generating sales funnels using HubSpot. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess robust marketing expertise, with a preference for experience in podcast marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement marketing strategies for Liberty Spenders, ReachRight Network, and The Prosper Group.
- Construct and oversee sales funnels utilizing HubSpot to generate leads and enhance conversions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to synchronize marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Craft compelling copy for email marketing, website, and podcast landing pages.
- Create engaging social media content across various platforms.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide team support at in-person events and trade shows.
- Develop content and promotional materials to bolster marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and podcast marketing.
- Adapt swiftly to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of five years of experience in marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in sales funnel development and lead generation using HubSpot.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Experience in podcast marketing is advantageous.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
This position offers remote work flexibility. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
