Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Strategist to join our Talent & Culture organization at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the compensation strategy, design, and payout process for our Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of compensation strategies and plans that align with business objectives

• Collaborate with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design sales plans that meet business needs

• Analyze market compensation survey results and provide insights on competitive position, market trends, and compensation issues

• Develop year-end compensation salary increase guidelines and analyze budget versus spend

• Work with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine variable compensation accruals for formulaic plans

• Collaborate with HR Business Advisors and leaders to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, and assess competitive pay levels

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience, with a primary focus on sales compensation design

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

• Microsoft Office applications proficiency, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong analytic aptitude, including the capacity to communicate insights drawn from data using data visualization and written conclusions

• Excellent project management skills, including robust follow-up and detail tracking
