Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Uprite Services. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect for leads within our target client profile using various outreach methods, including cold calling, email sequences, and social networking.
  • Active engagement in networking and industry events to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through close, including qualifying prospects, gathering business requirements, and presenting solutions.
  • Record all interactions and opportunity management steps in our CRM system.
  • Document all objectives and progress in our employee engagement system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Technology, or Operations.
  • 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in professional services, engineering, manufacturing, oil and gas, or other relevant industries.
  • Direct experience selling IT services, technology, and/or hardware is strongly preferred.
