Position Overview:

As a leading provider in the airline catering and in-flight services sector, Tier1usa is committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to take on the role of Culinary Operations Supervisor. This position is essential in ensuring the precision, quality, and safety of meals prepared for airline clientele.

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the culinary production team, fostering effective communication and structured management to uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Oversee the assembly of meals in accordance with customer specifications and food presentation standards, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of prepared meals to aircraft, adhering to all quality and cleanliness protocols.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, scheduling, and documentation, and manage payroll and scheduling through appropriate software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in food processing, grocery operations, delicatessen, or similar industries.
  • Prior experience with a strong grasp of food safety, regulatory compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required, along with familiarity with payroll and scheduling software.
  • Ability to operate effectively in refrigerated environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
