Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual HR Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to employees, while also assisting with various HR-related tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees, including answering benefits and pay questions, and directing them to relevant resources.
  • Complete FMLA paperwork and new hire onboarding actions within the HRIS.
  • Conduct stay interviews, compile data, and create monthly reports.
  • Complete employment verifications, provide employment verification letters to employees, and monitor I-9 compliance.
  • Assist with translation services for onboarding, training, employee relations, and recruiting activities.
  • Provide translations for human resources-related documents, such as corrective actions, performance reviews, and employee communications.
  • Provide front desk coverage within a rotating schedule.
  • Assist the HR Team with various HR-related employee events, including All-Employee Meetings, Holiday Party, and Monthly engagement events.
Requirements
  • High School/GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Social Sciences preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources Administration required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication and speaking/writing effectively in both English and Spanish.
