HR Generalist

Eurest, a leading provider of business and industry dining, is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join its team. As a key member of the Human Resources function, this role will play a critical part in supporting the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters, including associate relations, training, and development.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for non-exempt associates.
- Maintain and coordinate associate recognition programs.
- Regularly review and analyze HR activity reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the internal customer survey and associate engagement survey interpretation/feedback process.
- Attend department manager meetings to increase HR visibility and conduct classroom training.
- Review and process requests for pay increases or other status changes to ensure internal equity and consistency.
- Prepare and present HR-related topics and training sessions.
- Act as the diversity champion, leading assigned tasks and corporate diversity activities.
- Assist in the creation of Personal Development Plans for associates.
- Participate in the Annual Performance Appraisal process.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- PHR or SPHR designation strongly preferred.
- Three plus years of human resources generalist experience, with management experience a plus.
- HR experience at a large, multi-unit organization required.
- Previous experience in a centralized HR environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with advanced skills preferred.
