Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition, Workforce Programs, and HR Operations teams by providing comprehensive administrative support. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews and events
- Communicating with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers
- Processing invoices and contracts
- Providing onboarding support for new hires and hiring managers
- Assisting with the creation and editing of presentations and reports
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and/or vendors
- Accurately communicate interview details to candidates and ensure they have all necessary information
- Manage interview calendars and resolve any scheduling conflicts
- Register for events and prepare any required materials
- Submit pre-employment screenings and prepare interview materials, including video interview setup
- Review and process HR-related invoices and expense reports
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
- Maintain records of all processed invoices
- Provide support with timesheet tracking for vendors
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and communications
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating multiple events/meetings
- HR Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Strong organizational skills with accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge or experience in Workday or other HRIS preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented and able to provide support to multiple teams
