Fujitec America is seeking a dedicated professional to secure and nurture service accounts while fostering robust relationships with both new and existing clients to achieve branch revenue objectives.

This role requires independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Surpass sales targets by leveraging company resources to enhance service and repair growth while minimizing cancellations.

Manage service accounts through regular customer visits within the designated territory, developing lasting relationships and understanding client needs and preferences, including engaging with relevant groups.

Formulate capital plans for clients to meet their immediate and future building requirements.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings by participating in training sessions and reviewing equipment manuals and supplier information, including understanding local elevator code standards.

Prepare repair job proposals by accurately estimating labor and associated costs using specialized estimating software.

For items outside the software, gather price estimates from suppliers and manually calculate costs, which includes reviewing blueprints, surveying equipment, and collaborating with operations personnel for additional insights and approvals.

Draft service contract bids, which may involve blueprint reviews and equipment surveys, while working closely with operations personnel for further input and approvals.

Address written and verbal inquiries regarding quoted repairs and service contracts, ensuring timely follow-up with clients on all proposals.

Oversee the status of current service contracts by visiting job sites and clients within the assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any outstanding issues.

Engage with service customers regarding contract renewals prior to expiration, advising on any necessary price adjustments.

Maintain organized and timely records of sales activities, including proposals, bookings, losses, and cancellations, utilizing company-provided sales management tools.

Employ systems for various tracking functions.
Assist in accounts receivable collection efforts to ensure prompt payments from clients.
Conduct follow-ups with customers on all proposals.

Visit project sites as necessary and collaborate with the operations department to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.

Local Travel Expectations: 10%
