Your Role

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients
  • Conduct regular visits to assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a physician in the state where care is provided

Compensation

  • Annual salary: $150,000 - $220,000
