About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building relationships and developing referrals to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture lead sources and develop strategic marketing events to promote the Sunrise Story
  • Deliver creative tactics to convert leads to move-ins and reinforce the community's brand reputation
  • Train new team members and provide guidance on sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve maximum occupancy goals
Requirements
  • Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel/hospitality, or related healthcare environment
  • Previous sales experience and successful track record in identifying and building local relationships to drive business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
  • Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, as well as a deeply ingrained passion for seniors
  • Schedule flexibility to work one weekend day per week and some evenings as necessary
  • Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new applications
