Job Description

Join our innovative team as the Global Solutions Engineering Manager/Director to lead a dynamic group of approximately 10 talented solutions engineers.

We're at the forefront of a product-led growth strategy, collaborating closely with product managers to deploy effective GTM sales strategies.

As the Global Leader, Solutions Engineering, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technical strategy and team culture. You will lead by example, championing innovation and collaboration to exceed client expectations. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of solutions engineers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Drive revenue through next-generation solution engineering, leveraging automation to boost efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement a sales-first approach and sustainable enablement, empowering our team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and execute strategies to elevate team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute the solutions engineering strategy, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Partner closely with our sales team to understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and secure new business.
  • Showcase our technical capabilities in client meetings and presentations, highlighting our value propositions and driving business growth.
  • Drive OKRs to measure and enhance team performance, consistently achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Global Travel up to 30%-50%
     
Qualifications

  • 5+ Years proven experience in a leadership role within solutions engineering, preferably in a high growth software company. Events industry experience is a plus
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and achieve OKRs in a global environment.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and directly engaging with clients to understand needs and develop solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a gritty and entrepreneurial mindset.
