We are seeking a Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a territory of geographical area, responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
  • New business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers, and develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

Requirements:

  • First and foremost, we're looking for someone who's tenacious and innovative with superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
  • Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company, and ability to stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment, and ability to manage strategic and national accounts.
