About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at The Elmer Agency. As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Utilize our proprietary CRM system to streamline sales processes and automate tasks.
- Participate in lead generation and nurturing activities to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in insurance sales with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and products.
- Current life and health licenses, with the ability and desire to expand into multiple states.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of agents.
- Technical proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
