Job Summary

Esri is seeking a highly skilled Sr Contract Specialist-International to join our team. As a key member of our contracts team, you will play a critical role in negotiating and drafting complex contracts with customers from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume workload of heavily negotiated contract templates and customer agreements
  • Review, draft, and negotiate cloud, data, software, services, and OEM agreements with commercial customers and government entities
  • Provide quality support to internal and external customers and suppliers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract terms align with Esri's business objectives
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential contractual risks
  • Streamline negotiations and educate customers and colleagues
  • Mentor and assist contracts specialists and coordinators
  • Maintain high ethical standards and comply with company policies and regulations

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience negotiating and drafting agreements, with a bachelor's degree in business, contracts administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience negotiating technology and service agreements
  • Superior negotiation and drafting skills
  • Mastery of written and verbal communications
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, analytical, and quick learner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Diligent and proactive with sound business judgment and strategic thinking
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills
