Senior Contracting Specialist

About the Role:
Premier, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Contracting organization, you will play a critical role in developing project plans, negotiating contracts, and managing sourcing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans for assigned service categories, from member need identification to contract execution and management.
- Negotiate complex contracts and terms with suppliers.
- Manage and analyze contract data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration throughout the sourcing process.
- Support special projects and initiatives across business units.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of applicable experience in contracting, procurement, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of project management experience.
- Contracting experience, including redlining, analyzing, and negotiating.
- Experience building relationships with vendors or suppliers.
