Key Responsibilities- Provide supervisory support to care staff, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services.
- Support care staff in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services, including bathing, grooming, and personal care.
- Encourage resident participation in life enrichment programming and ADLs, promoting a sense of community and engagement.
- Assist with meal service and coach care staff on hospitality standards.
- Accurately document care and services provided to residents, ensuring compliance with Sunrise's policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies, monitoring care staff break schedules and durations.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications and training in senior care and leadership preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with care staff, community managers, residents, and family members.
- Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors.
- Leadership competencies, including delegation, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
