Position: Senior Customer Support Specialist
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation: $20-$21.99/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver informed responses to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and stock availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks across multiple platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong phone etiquette.
- Proficient in multitasking, organizing, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
• Completion of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in a contact center or financial services environment.
