Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for users seeking assistance, delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve user conflicts effectively, ensuring satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide comprehensive technical support for software and hardware inquiries.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and resolve incidents related to application software and infrastructure.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and recovery for various technical issues.
  • Assist in the installation and repair of computer hardware as necessary.

Process Improvement:

  • Utilize available resources and knowledge to resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to service desk processes for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.

Collaboration:

Flexibility:

  • Be available for after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Two to five years of experience in a dynamic technical environment.
  • Preferred background in technical support roles.
  • High school diploma or GED required; relevant experience may be considered.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing work demands.
