HR Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll, handling recruiting efforts, and providing administrative support to our HR team.
Key Responsibilities- Process weekly payroll using PayCore, ensuring all employees are properly clocked in/out and handle any discrepancies.
- Handle recruiting efforts, primarily for floor personnel, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, and passing suitable candidates to the floor manager for final decisions.
- Process new hire documents, enter new employees into the payroll system, and remove exiting employees. Manage COBRA documents, answer any related questions, and address HR-related concerns brought by employees.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team, ensuring all records and processes are kept up to date.
- A team player with the ability to follow directions and assist in various HR tasks, including recruiting and payroll administration.
- Fluent in Spanish, as this is essential for communicating with many of our employees.
- Comfortable handling clerical work and maintaining accuracy and detail in all tasks.
- A fast learner with a positive attitude, eager to contribute to the company's success.
- A dependable individual who can manage tasks independently but is also a good listener and can take direction from managers.

CompensationCompensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
