Job Description

Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Assistant Specialist to join our team. As an HR Assistant Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Services team, with a focus on Labor & Employee Relations (LER).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Services team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with the execution of wage administration, people movement, and general administrative responsibilities related to Labor & Employee Relations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Labor & Employee Relations policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on Labor & Employee Relations.
  • Proven experience working with represented labor contracts (unions) and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Intermediate level Excel experience, including pivot tables, vertical lookups, and basic formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders virtually and across multiple sites.
  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft tool (HRMS) and/or SAP Success Factors.
  • Experience working in a large-scale union environment.
