About the Role

Cenergy International is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Assistant - Labor Relations Specialist to join our HR Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in labor relations and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for labor relations and HR services, including transactional administration for all Human Resources Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Assist with the execution of wage administration, people movement, and general administrative responsibilities for an assigned client group.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR Centers of Excellence to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records, reports, and audits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in labor relations and HR administration, preferably in a large enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience working with represented labor contracts (unions) and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Intermediate level Excel experience, including pivot tables, vertical lookups, and basic formulas.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OneNote.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems, such as Peoplesoft or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience working in a large-scale union environment.
  • Ability to function with accuracy during extensive changes in the way work is completed.
