Behavioral Health Professional Job Summary

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio. As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to inmates, including risk assessments, coordination of care, and discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform risk assessments of inmates and develop treatment plans
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including medical staff, community providers, and psychiatric hospitals
  • Provide mental health treatment, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Discharge planning and coordination
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as social work or counseling
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity in a public or private agency
  • Licensed, Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician with the ability to administer assessments, make clinical decisions, and provide mental health treatment
