Behavioral Health Professional Opportunity

VitalCore Health Strategies, a leading provider of correctional health care, is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio.

Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Professional will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality mental health services to inmates. This role requires a Master's level clinician with experience in assessment, treatment planning, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop treatment plans for inmates
  • Collaborate with medical staff, community providers, and psychiatric hospitals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, as well as crisis intervention and stabilization
  • Document all interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity in a public or private agency
  • Licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
