Job Summary

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team in Ohio. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Unit, you will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care to patients in a correctional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop treatment plans for inmates
  • Coordinate care with medical staff, community providers, and psychiatric hospitals
  • Provide mental health treatment and support to patients
  • Assist in planning and implementing treatment goals and objectives
  • Prepare documentation, records, and reports as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity
  • Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with LSW, LPC, or equivalent licensure
  • Satisfactory background investigation report
