About the Role

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to inmates, including assessments, treatment planning, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of inmates and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with medical staff, community providers, and psychiatric hospitals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide mental health treatment, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing
  • Document all interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology)
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity in a public or private agency
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
