Behavioral Health Professional Opportunity

VitalCore Health Strategies, a leading provider of correctional health care, is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio.

About the Role:

The Behavioral Health Professional will be responsible for providing mental health treatment and services to inmates, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong clinical skills, including crisis management, brief interventions, and timely documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk assessments and coordinate care with medical staff, community providers, and corrections
  • Assist inmates in planning and implementing treatment goals
  • Provide necessary preparation of documentation, records, and reports

Requirements:

  • Master's level degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum one year of experience in a social work capacity in a public or private agency
  • Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with LSW, LPC, or equivalent licensure

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, 7AM-3:30PM, with weekend rotation every third weekend and holidays off.
