Job DescriptionVitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to inmates, including risk assessments, coordination of care, and discharge planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform risk assessments of inmates and develop treatment plans to address their mental health needs
• Coordinate care with medical staff, community providers, psychiatric hospitals, and corrections
• Provide mental health services to inmates, including individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for inmates
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and progress

Requirements:
• Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling
• Licensure as a Licensed Therapist (LPC) or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity in a public or private agency or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
