Job Opportunity

VitalCore Health Strategies, a leading provider of correctional health care, is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio.

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, annual incentive bonus, and an excellent benefits package. As a Behavioral Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing mental health treatment, administering assessments, and making clinical decisions to ensure the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk assessments and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for inmates
  • Provide crisis management and brief clinical interventions
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity
  • Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with LSW, LPC, or equivalent licensure

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
  • Weekend rotation every third weekend
  • Holidays off
