Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at The Spear Group, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing key client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, making adjustments as needed.
  • Measure project performance using relevant metrics and tools.
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients and upper management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automation hardware and infrastructure experience.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or process industries.
  • Engineering or Computer Science degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management.
