As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, supporting their development, and reinforcing academic skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise children in the OST Program, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with the implementation of daily program activities, including academic assistance and enrichment programs.
  • Implement and track structure activity projects, promoting children's self-esteem and school performance.
  • Provide academic support to children and youth, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • Champion the ECS Path to Prosperity model, providing peer coaching and team support to participants.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and two years/2500 hours of experience working with children.
  • High school diploma, 15 credit hours from an accredited college in education or human services, and one year of experience working with children.
  • High school diploma and 30 credit hours from an accredited college in education or human services.
  • Associates degree in a related discipline is highly desired.
  • PA-related background clearances prior to beginning work.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Classroom and behavioral management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience working with children and youth.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work with culturally diverse children and families.
