- Implement and track structure activity projects, promoting children's self-esteem and school performance.
- Provide academic support to children and youth, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Champion the ECS Path to Prosperity model, providing peer coaching and team support to participants.
- High school diploma and two years/2500 hours of experience working with children.
- High school diploma, 15 credit hours from an accredited college in education or human services, and one year of experience working with children.
- High school diploma and 30 credit hours from an accredited college in education or human services.
- Associates degree in a related discipline is highly desired.
- PA-related background clearances prior to beginning work.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Classroom and behavioral management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of and experience working with children and youth.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and work with culturally diverse children and families.
- Starting rate of $18.54 per hour.
