Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management: Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, sales progress, and business development activities.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: At least one previous role in customer-facing experience, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM platforms.
