Healthcare Business Development Specialist

Nurta Home Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing an overall marketing strategy to increase patient census and foster partnerships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive business growth and increase patient referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations
- Conduct presentations and provide educational sessions to healthcare professionals and organizations
- Manage and maintain a list of referral sources and new prospects for mailings and outreach
- Collaborate with the management team to identify opportunities to improve services and meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Agency's markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors
- Assist clinical staff with paperwork related to referrals and make calls on referral sources for new client data or to obtain signatures
- Help identify and track progress of business development initiatives and suggest performance improvement projects and tracking KPIs
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations and compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships and build relationships with referral sources
- Assist in signing client paperwork and provide suggestions to improve the efficiency of the office and provide suggestions for the recruitment of CHHAs, RNs, and LPNs
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (marketing, business, healthcare, etc.)
- 1-5 years of sales experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to network and build positive relationships internally and externally
- Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced culture
- Must display and promote a professional demeanor
