Job Title: Business Development Representative

Pride Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage email leads, texts, and incoming calls to furnish potential customers with information about our New Kia, Hyundai, and Preowned vehicles.
  • Download and follow up on dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
  • Answer all inbound profit center calls – sales, service, parts, and body shop.
  • Make outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
  • Make CSI follow-up calls.
  • Contact all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
  • Advise customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
  • Work on service drive contacting customers for test drive opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A positive mental attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior BDC experience preferred.
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Honest and trustworthy individual.
  • Effective time management skills.
