This role involves learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve similar tasks. As you master our systems and process, you'll become an expert in training and developing team members, ultimately moving into the Agency Director role.

This is a weekly-paid position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Required Skills:

  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate

Licensing Requirements:
