iSpot.tv is a dynamic and innovative start-up that offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our go-to-market team and drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to optimize the entire revenue cycle. You will leverage your expertise in data analytics to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives sustainable growth.
- Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer journey.
- Assess performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Identify and implement best practices in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
- Oversee revenue and territory planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue technology stack.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for all revenue-related functions.
- Lead a high-performing revenue operations team that drives growth and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, key metrics, and revenue growth strategies.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven mindset; proficiency in analytics tools including Salesforce and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on building and developing talent.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $270,000-$320,000.
