Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager-Staffing to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Bellevue. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our staffing services to prospective clients and existing customers.

Your primary objective will be to identify potential opportunities through state and federal programs, group purchasing organizations, and hospital associations. You will also deliver compelling presentations about Interim HealthCare to organizations and potential clients to influence their decision-making process.

In addition, you will develop account development strategies targeting large and complex organizations, securing growth in account market share. Your excellent communication skills, goal-driven mentality, and ability to work independently will enable you to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and ordering sources in various healthcare sectors.
  • Identify potential opportunities through state and federal programs, group purchasing organizations, and hospital associations.
  • Deliver compelling presentations about Interim HealthCare to organizations and potential clients.
  • Develop account development strategies targeting large and complex organizations.
