Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in the US market to facilitate IT staffing services. This role requires excellent sales techniques, persistence, and adherence to processes in a fast-paced team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire new clients to facilitate IT staffing services
- Develop and implement sales strategies to hunt new clients
- Deliver sales revenues with agreed profitability via recruitment sales
- Build long-term relationships with key contacts at target clients
- Work with clients to obtain qualified job requirements and educate them on our service offerings and process
- Develop strategic client hunting processes, including in-depth client analysis, market analysis, internal communication, and external promotions to uncover revenue opportunities
- Responsible for increasing the number of qualified hiring contacts in the database
- Update and maintain client information in accordance with Company standards
- Grow the client pipeline through passive sourcing, research, and referrals
- Partner with Sales managers to develop productive recruiting programs
- Build and maintain a database of contacts and other information
- Contact clients, follow up with clients, and manage client pipelines, scheduling interviews
- Excellent knowledge of job portal searches
- Must be result-oriented and able to reach monthly recruitment targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
